In 2011, and for the first time in over 15 years, I have been venturing out to some motorsport events again. Armed with a second hand Canon EOS40D camera, I wanted to get a feel for photographing cars again and to find out if I still got some satisfaction out of it. By no means do I intend covering all events - it's purely for some enjoyment and relaxation. I find that working with digital media is so much more civilised than the old days of 35mm film where I would spend hour upon hour cooped up in a cramped darkroom surrounded by smelly chemicals! Below are a few of the pics taken at events I have attended so far - more to follow hopefully.
